Maverick Grotto Information Page
The Maverick Grotto is currently inactive - see DFWGrotto. The Maverick Grotto is the second oldest grotto in The Metroplex. Chartered as NSS I/O #322 The Maverick Grotto has passed it's 20th anniversary as an NSS Grotto. Members of The Maverick Grotto live in Tarrant County and surrounding areas. The Maverick Grotto is a not-for-profit organization. The Maverick Grotto meets on the second Tuesday of every month except for December when a Christmas Party with cavers from all The Metroplex Cavers Grotto's attending is substituted. The Maverick Grotto meetings are currently held at:

Meetings begin at 7:00 PM and last until whenever. The Maverick Grotto publishes a newsletter The Maverick Bull which is available to members and subscribers. Newsletters older than three months are available on the website for public viewing. |
